The customers wouldn’t open tins by Press & Lift method, just lift this CR tins easily as the normal tins. For this packaging style, the quantity of each carton should be controlled within 240pcs, so the tins couldn’t be crushed or destroyed on shipping. If you need the eco-friendly packaging method, the polybag of each tin could be replaced by silk paper.
Gen3 and Gen9 up-bottom child proof tin box: it applied separately packing style that lid and bottom are packed separately in different cartons. Before being packed, the child resistant mechanism is tested and then packs lid and bottom individually. Each tin and bottom couldn’t be exceeded 400pcs per carton and it could be packed by silk paper to replace polybag.
Some child proof tins couldn’t be packed separately because the special structure like Gen4 slide child proof tin case. The lid of this tin is thinner and sharper that will be scratched or deformed if packed together. In case of the quality problem, Gen4 slide version is not suitable to do separate packaging, but it could be half slide version to save more time for customers. Each carton couldn’t pack more than 160pcs tins in case crushing.
