Mini to king size pre-roll: Hinged child resistant tin 100x60x20mm that could pack mini pre-rolls or half gram pre-roll. Usually, it packs 10 mini prerolls or 5 half prerolls with a plastic insert. Rolled outside lid and bottom holds two slots of lid to form a stable child resistant lock with exquisite appearance. There is no plastic for this Gen1 child resistant tin and it’s developing a series of tin sizes from 60x40x20mm, 80x60x20mm, 100x60x20mm or 120x60x20mm that could pack all kinds of pre-roll with this series tins.
Regular tin to CR-Certified tin: some States don’t need child resistant tins for pre-roll packaging, so the CR-Certified tins will be replaced by regular tins. Hinged rectangular tin 60x48x16mm is popular to pack 4-5 mini prerolls with a printing butter paper. The rolled outside lid with rolled inside lid forms a classical tin like “ALTOID” mints tin. The other hot item is 103x103x13mm tin that could pack 5-7 .5 gram or .7 gram pre-roll with a PS holder. There is no limit for artwork printing because of the rolled inside lid and bottom without stretching process. Two regular tin sizes have the related CR-Certified tins looking like regular tin 60x48x16mm with 60x40x20mm child resistant tin, 103x103x13mm regular tin with 108x108x18mm child resistant tin.
Tin with plastic parts to 100% recycling tin: Slide child resistant tin 96x60x14mm usually pack 5 half gram pre-rolls with PS insert, but the PS insert could be replaced by metal or paper insert to constitute the 100% recycling child resistant tin. Except for insert area, there is no plastic area for child resistant tin structure in CR Tin’s catalog.
Regular child resistant tin to air tight child resistant tin: there are various child resistant tins in market, but no more air tight child resistant tins for prerolls packaing. For air tight child resistant tin, it could be divided into three kinds – CR tin with plastic holder, with silicone holder or metal holder. CR Tin insists on metal holder for all air tight tins. Gen1 air tight child resistant tin is consisted of CR tin, metal holder and foam pad that no water leaking under the water. Gen2 air tight child resistant tin is consisted of CR tin, metal holder, silicone gasket that belongs to 100% fully air tight child resistant tin.
Existed CR tin with customized CR tin: Hinged standup child resistant tin 75x55x22mm is designed for packing mints, but some customers like this structure and want to apply it to pack pre-roll. After adding removable tin bottom, 77x55x22mm is able to pack pre-roll well and adds the other function – pushing & lifting to get pre-roll easily.
