Description
It's three-pieces structure to resist the printing limit on side edge after stretching process. The compact tin size with PS insert could protect pre-rolls in the bag or packet very well. Unlike the other pre-rolls tin case, square tin shape releases more space to pack more pre-rolls and accessories like lighter. The flat surface with hinged lid plus two layers tin bottom makes up this classcial tin case for pre-rolls packaging. Usually, tin box will match PS insert and printing butter paper to form a high-end prerolls tin case. This tin case could be improved to smell proof version that needs to add silicone gasket into tin body, but it's not water-proof airtight condition.

Three-pieces structure applies rolled inside lid, rolled outside body and rolled inside bottom with hinged to form a smooth, portable and decent tin case. The rolled inside lid and bottom keeps the attractive appearance, rolled outside body holds the lid and bottom and lid and bottom covers the outside tin body, so the outside of tin case will be more exquiste and inside with larger space for pre-rolls packaging.
All the artworking/embossing could be applied to this square pre-rolls tin case. Putting the artwork into template and then printing tin samples will be finished after 10 days. For this square tin box, glossy finish will be flighty and matt finish matches it very well that belongs to classical version. If you want to promote the level of this tin case, double sides printing will be a nice choice.
It's designed for half or .7gram prerolls with 5-7 packs version. Unlike the other pre-rolls metal box, this tin case applies the compact tin size and shorter height matching PS insert to protect pre-rolls very well with the portable character. Except for pre-rolls, it could be applied to pack cigarette or cigar.
