Except for 275x175x14mm tin tray, there are others classical size like 180x140x14mm, 305x225x25mm, 335x275x27mm. The structure and materal is the same, but the thickness will be a bit different by companies. Metal tray is the universal project, but the quality control will decide the result.
Usually, one side gold or silver and the other side with CMYK printing is working for most of custom printing metal tray project. If you want to build a high-end tin tray, double printing CMYK metal tray will be a best choice with the suggestion method.
