Triangle Child Resistant Tin Box
Description
It applies the original elastic tinplate to form this child resistant triangle tin box that the child proof lock is "Push&Lift. The appearance and opening method is the same as Gen7 square child proof tin that child resistant lock was focused on lid area. The child proof mechanism should be suitable or the tins couldn't be opened if the lock is too tighter that ensures this child proof tin couldn't be copied because the other factories couldn't control it well. There are some triangle tins on the market that like Gen2 version or adding the accessories that the result is not good because two sides are fixed and no elasticity. The only method is the lid with necking area that puts child resistant slots on lid to keep the stable CR lock.

It's the inverse Gen2 child resistant tin box that two slots on the necking of lid area. The slots will lock the rolled inside bottom when closing tin box. The child resistant mechanism is changed to "Pushing&Lifting" that pushing the lid to one side and then lifting lid is the only method to open this tin. Gen2 child resistant mechanism couldn't be applied to triangle shape because there is no elasticity for triangle version. The necking structure lid with elastic lid provides the stable and practical child resistant feature.
The artwork and embossing could be customzied. Putting the artwork into dieline and then triangle tin samples will be arranged. Considering the structure of this tin box, the lid area should be kept to lighter color to overcome the stretching process, so there is no color difference on lid side. Except for lid area, there is no limit for printing.
It's designed for special market. Usually, it's used to pack edibles/gummies because of the unique triangle shape with rare version in the market. Unlike the general child proof tin box, the triangle version is purcahsed by most of customers because it could show their brand exclusively.
