Certified Hinged Child Resistant Tin 100x60x20mm – this is classical Gen1 child resistant tin version. The first batch airtight CR tin version needs to add metal holder that will increase more labor and material cost. Comparing first batch airtight tin, the second airtight CR tin removes the metal holder that uses PS insert and foam pad to foam an airtight space. It’s smell proof and sealed also, but the cost could be reduced around 1/3. In order to match airtight space, the mold of this child proof tin should be adjusted that rolled edge on lid, bottom should be enlarged and the foam, PS insert should be larger than before to keep them tightly to form an airtight condition tin. Usually, it packs, pre-rolls, mints, gummies. There are four tin sizes for Gen1 child resistant tin 64x43x20mm, 80x60x20mm, 100x60x20mm and 120x60x20mm that could pack all kinds for infused products.
Except for 100x60x20mm flip top CR tin, this airtight method could be applied to Gen2 hinged CR tin 105x65x20mm, hexagon child proof tin 70x70x20mm, smaller hinged jellies CR tin 77x34x18mm and 75x65x20mm, standup hinged child resistant tin 75x55x22mm. This airtight version could release more options of metal packaging to customers because of the attractive cost. The round child proof tin can D76x25mm is nice option also because there are no accessories and the easily tin structure.
