Child resistant tin box with window is not the concept that adds window to child resistant tin box directly. The different child resistant mechanism decides the shape and the size of window, but it’s possible to add transparent PET window to child resistant tin. Opening the window in the lid and lid will be softer, so it needs hard material or different accessories to keep the original child resistant character. Slide child resistant tin 96x60x14mm: Hard tinplate material with smaller area for window can be working for slide child resistant tin. The slide lid area is thinner because the rolled area doesn’t like the other tin box - it’s integrated rolled, slide tin with a bit rolled only. If adding window into slide lid, the material will be soft - adding the thickness of tinplate and keeping the window area smaller is best solution for this slide CR tins. Round CR tin D78x30mm: The double lid structure avoiding the window on lid, the window pieces is available on body or bottom only. The round CR tin is 2-pieces structure, the window should be working on the bottom only. If it’s 3-pieces structure, the window could be working on the body and bottom.
The transparent PET window could be added to all kinds of child resistant tin box, but the shape or size of window should be designed and customized for different child resistant tin.
