This child proof clamshell applies classical Press & Lift mechanism like Gen1 or Gen2 child resistant tin box. In order to solve the thinner material, we add the thickness and improve the length of sides. Comparing the regular clamshell or blister, this child resistant clamshell applies aluminum mold to ensure the stable child proof lock and ensure the inside space could be airtight or sealed when closing it.
Unlike longer delivery time for metal box, paper box or plastic box, the new mold for child resistant clamshell needs only 5-7 days and mass production is around 7-10 days with stickers working only.
