CR Tin has developed two new resealable airtight child resistant tin boxes packaging. The internal space is compact and no additional inner support, so pre-rolls or infused joints can be directly placed in them to save more cost. This resealable child resistant structure is a derivative of the Gen1 version. The following is a detailed introduction to these two airtight CR tin boxes.
93x58x15mm: This resealable airtight child resistant tin box is designed for 5 packs 0.5g pre-rolls. Its internal space is 84.5x47mm, which is just enough to hold 5 pre-rolls without any empty space, so there is no need for an inner insert. The slots on the outer edge matched the outer edge bottom form a stable child resistant lock, and the tin inner bottom support added inside is to make up for the gap caused by the hinge. When this tin box is closed, the PE foam gasket in the cover is pressed on the inner metal holder support at the bottom of tin box to form a 100% sealed space. The height of this CR tin box is 15mm, breaking the original height of the 20mm Gen1 airtight child resistant tin box, and it is a re-creative child- resistant lock tin box. It uses a special soft tinplate material to allow the small pressing area to maintain the original child resistant lock press & lift opening method. Its compact and portable resealable child- resistant lock tin box is the best packaging choice for pre-rolls as a high-end packaging.
79x67x21mm: This resealable airtight child-resistant lock hinged tin box is designed to hold 14 packs 0.5g pre-rolls or infused joints. Its internal space is 72x57mm, with no empty space after 14 pre-rolls are loaded. Its compact space can protect the integrity of the pre-rolls during transportation. The child resistant mechanism of this tin box is the same as the Gen1 resealable airtight tin version, but its compact size makes it easier to carry.
