It’s large square tin box with three-pieces structure. The rolled outside lid with rolled inside body and bottom forms this square tin cube. The shorter side of lid and two-pieces feature tin body with bottom makes this tin mold to automatic production line easily. This tin box could open a window on the lid or body area that customer could check the items on tins directly. This structure tin version couldn’t be developed to child resistant tin, but it should be working if changing the lid to rolled inside.

Comparing the rolled inside lid, this square tin box with rolled outside lid makes it open easily. The rolled inside body with rolled outside lid makes tin box tighter, the rolled inside bottom makes the whole tin with nice outlook, and three-pieces structure allows all the artworking could be working on tins.

All the artworking/embossing could be applied to this square tin version. Putting the artwork into template and then printing tin samples will be finished after 10 days. For this KIKOKO square tin, it applied whole matt finish with mettalic printing style and it showed the darker background with shiny artwork that is really attractive.

It’s designed for CBD tea bags packgaing. The inside size length and width 4.76″ and height 1.61″ could pack more items like cartridge sets, storage box, concentrate glass jar set packaging.
